SeaWorld Orlando: Must Sees

Seaworld is an expansive 200 acre marine adventure park offering shows, rides, and animal adventures. Visit with Shamu, get up close with dolphins, even feeding them, and enjoy the world of indoor aquariums, penguins, and an overall water adventure. Must Sees at SeaWorld Orlando

Wild Arctic
Jump on board a jet helicopter for a motion-based flight to a research station, Base Station Wild Arctic. You’ll enter the frozen area of the Arctic and see walruses, beluga whales and polar bears in their environment.

Kraken
Kraken is the monster under your bed. The tallest, fastest roller coaster in Orlando. Hold onto your seats.

Journey To Atlantis
Journey to the city of Atlantis, traveling on water and high-speed rails, you will be chased by spirits that want to keep Atlantis preserved, with you in it. To keep yourselves from being consumed you will drop 60 feet to safety. You might just get a little wet.

Shamu Adventure
Hosted by Jack Hanna, join Shamu’s Adventure and watch and learn about the killer whales.

Manatees
While you are visiting, you have to see the Manatees. Sea World has created an area for the manatees to live in their natural habitat to house hurt manatees, care for them and release them back into the wild. Get up close and visit with the 1000 pound sea cows and see what you can do to prevent manatees from becoming extinct.

Shark Encounter
Travel through an underwater acrylic tunnel just underneath haunting underwater animals, including the barracuda, eels, fish, and sharks. This is a spectacle that you can’t miss. Each panel in the tunnel can support the pressure of over 500 tons of water.

Dining at SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld offers a wide selection of dining choices. Listed are full-service dining options. They do have several locations to eat on the go including the Anheuser-Busch Hospitality Center where adults can sample some of their fine beverages.

Shamu and Crew Character Breakfast
Start your day with a friendly face: Shamu. Enjoy a buffet breakfast including all of the fixings and most likely your favorites. Reservations required.

Sharks Underwater Grill
Dine right with the sharks. This is an upscale, full service location that has a specialty in a blend of Caribbean and Florida foods. On the menu you will find seafood, prime beef and chicken entrees. It is recommended to make reservations a few days in advance of your trip.

Dine with Shaumu
A backstage dinner buffet with SeaWorld’s biggest star. A special kids menu is available.

Makahiki Luau
A nightly celebration celebrating the customs of the Pacific Islands. Polynesian style food is served so bring an empty belly.

Seafire Inn
The Seafire Inn has an incredible selection of meals from steak burgers to salads and stir-fry choices, you can’t go wrong dining at the Inn.

Tours at SeaWorld Orlando

Adventure Express Tour
A six hour tour where you can learn about all of your favorite animals, including vip treatment at the thrill rides Kraken, Journey to Atlantis, and Wild Arctic, interaction with a penguin, a lunch packed just for you, and a guide to answer any and all of your questions.

Behind-the-Scenes Tours
These are all one hour walking tours ideal for children and adults including Predators Tour, Polar Expedition Tour, and Saving a Species Tour. You are sure to be enlightened on your incredible intimate journey.

Trainer for a Day
This is a four hour program that allows you to intern with a trainer of marine animals. Your day will start with an orientation, dressing in appropriate attire, then getting up close and personal with the animals. All areas of care for the animals will be taught within this four hour time period. This is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Discovery Cove

At Discovery Cove you will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with animals in the water, from dolphins, to tropical fish and birds. Relax on the beach and take in the surroundings as an attendant covers your every need.

Discovery Cove offers a gourmet buffet to quell everyone’s thirst and hunger. Even your pickiest eaters will enjoy the food that is offered at this buffet.
